the most important ‘Canvas Quality’

-    HIGH QUALITY COMPOSITION, The canvas used for Turkuvaz paintings is composed of 65% linen and 35% cotton, with 550 g/m2. thickness. This helps us get better texture and a natural feeling as it is an organic material.

-    ACRYLIC GESSO, The top of the canvas is covered with acrylic gesso, acrylic base enables us to have the colors keep their own pigments for longer time, and they stay shiny and bright as they are NOT absorbed by the gesso.

-    100% NATURAL MATERIAL, Completed product including the canvas and the stretcher is composed of 100% natural materials. Good quality canvas helps us obtain the colors we want and they stay for bright for much longer.

-    BACK RUBBER LINE, We stretch our canvas to the stretcher with back rubber line method, this staple-free stretching technique gives us a very clean look at the back of the canvas and stretches every mm. equally and doesn’t allow any deformation. It’s more reliable than staple-stretching and doesn’t get thorn easily.

-    FIRST STRETCH THAN PAINT, We first stretch the canvas to the stretcher and than we start to make the painting, this way we guarantee that the sides are completely clean, canvas stretched better and tighter, no deformation on the painting caused during stretching.

-    CORNER WEDGES, Wedges at the corners of the stretcher help us make it tighter if the canvas gets loose because of any touch.

-    3.7 cm x 3.8 cm. PAULOWNIA WOOD, The stretch bar is made of Paulownia wood and the standard thickness is 3.7 cm. x 3.8 cm. We keep the best proportion as our standard size and thickness.

-    CLEAN WOOD, The wood used is clean and smooth, doesn’t hurt the hands, and has a nice look.

-    DRY and JOINT, The wood used to make the stretch bar is completely dry and is joint with ‘toothjoint’ in every 30 cm. this way we avoid any twisting that maybe caused with wet wood. After the ‘toothjoint’ the wood is completely dead and cannot move anymore. We guarantee a straight look on the walls.

-    WOODEN BOX, Turkuvaz is surrounded with a wooden box. This box protects the sides of the paintings and the thick texture top in a perfect way. The wooden box also helps us transport the painting several times without giving any damage to the painting. The last user takes the boxes out and hangs on the wall.

-    NO DUST ALLOWED, The wooden box is covered with a plastic shrink that keeps the dust away from the painting, and saves it from soft blows and touches.

-    OXYGEN ABSORBERS, With the help of the oxygen absorbers placed in the packages, we protect the painting against humidity and similar risks.

-    GOOD FOR CHAIN-STORES, Turkuvaz packaging supports Furniture chain-stores, and all FMCG sales, Plastic shrink cover makes the painting visible while protecting from curious touches, The wooden box gives the product rich and valuable feeling, Product can be placed on the shelf as it is received from the factory.

-    MASTER CARTONS, All paintings with wooden boxes are placed in a master carton, each master carton has only 4 pieces, it is light and can be carried by one person.

-    SMALL PICTURES, On the master cartons, there are small pictures of the paintings, this way we can store and reach the desired painting in the warehouse.

-    DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTENT, On the master cartons, description of the content is printed, this helps us check and count the paintings without opening the master boxes.
